GREEN EXHIBITION

Registration Process - The Green Exhibition

To exhibit at The Green Exhibition, follow these steps:

1. Complete the Registration Form 

 

Fill out the registration form with all required details, including your company name, contact information, and a description of your products or services.

 

 Make sure all information is accurate to facilitate the smooth processing of your registration.

2. Secure your booth or table

   Choose your preferred booth or table location from the available options.

   Make the necessary payment to secure your spot. Early registration is recommended, as spaces fill up quickly.

   Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

3. Prepare for the Exhibition

   Plan and design your booth or table setup to best showcase your products or services.

   Gather any promotional materials, banners, or displays you will need.

   Ensure you have sufficient stock of any products you plan to exhibit or sell.

EXHIBITING OR ATTENDING AS EXHIBITOR.

First you have to complete the registration form which is available using the link.

Complete the form and an invoice will be sent for you to pay to secure your table. It costs £3,000 to secure your table. This offers you the opportunity to attend the Conference, Exhibition and the Awards Dinners Night. 

You also have a visa support letter for one person. If you are a company in Africa, it is important you do that early to enable you prepare for the event including your visa support letter.  Complete the form now. 

The event organiser will supply a table and Two chairs. You need to supply your artwork on time for your table to be set up. You have to provide your own pull up banners. Any other request comes at an extra cost.

3 MINUTE PRESENTATION

The Event allows two 3-minute Presentation for the two days. First Come first served. (£3,500)

Terms and Conditions – No Re-Fund Policy.

All those being offered the visa support letter will not be entitled to a refund should you be refused a visa to the event. You will be entitled to another trial. Those who do not request for a visa support letter will have a full refund should there be a cancellation of the event. Any postponement does not guarantee a refund but entailed to one more option.

To participate in the African Property Awards, companies with innovative products and services need to submit a written proposal. This proposal should be in PDF format and can be sent via email to:

Invitation by the Awards Team

The awards registration team conducts annual research and may invite you to participate in the awards or a product presentation. This invitation process is typically completed online.

Registration Process

Entry is free. You can enter multiple categories.

Registration Confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed after submitting a 1,000-word proposal making a case for your entry.

Preparing Your Entry

Follow these guidelines to prepare your entry:

1. Follow the Criteria Flow: Ensure your submission follows the entry criteria sequence, especially labeling, to make it easier for judges to review.

2. Label Attachments: Clearly label photographs and video clips.

3. Physical Examples: You can include physical examples, such as marketing materials, in your entry. Digital attachments can only be judged in web categories.

After Confirmation - Your Entry Pack

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an entry pack. This pack includes:

Details about the criteria and marking process for your category.

Detailed rules and guidelines for your entry.

An entry form where you will provide basic information about your entry.

Corporate Table

After confirmation, and shortlisted, you will have to secure your corporate table. The corporate table confirms you to the awards and dinners night. The cost is £3,000

Travelling to the UK – Visa Process

Once you have been shortlisted and secured your corporate table, you may require a visa to the UK from Africa. If you have paid for the Corporate table to attend the awards and dinners night, which is usually maximum two people from your company, you will be entitled to a visa support letter for two. Any additional person has to pay £1000 for the visa support letter. 

ATTENDEE 

Attendance at the Awards & Dinner is secured by buying a ticket. This will also secure your QR code. You cannot attend the event without the QR code. 

If you are in the EU to attend the event, you have to buy one of the event tickets online, either, the Awards & Dinners Night Ticket or Conference Ticket to qualify for a free QR pass to the exhibition. 

If you are attending from Africa and you require a visa support letter there is a separate cost (£1000) in addition to the cost of the ticket
